Official Invitation: Paris With Children Release and Signing Event, April 26, 5pm-7pm

The Little Bookroom Guide to Paris with Children: Play, Eat, Shop, Stay

-Correction to the address for La Bonbonnière de Marie café in the Champ-de-Mars park: Angle avenue Charles Risler et Adrienne Lecouvreur, 75007 Paris. It’s tucked away near the pedal cars.

-The École Ritz Escoffier, the Ritz Culinary School (Ritz Kids), is closed for renovation until 2014; www.ritzescoffier.com

-Le Bon Marché has moved its children’s clothing and toy department to the 3rd floor as part of a major renovation. Sorry I missed this before the book went to print!

-I mentioned picking up a copy of Paris Pratique aka l’Indispensable once in Paris in the book–here’s a photo of one. It’s a handy pocket-sized book that features detailed street maps of each arrondissement. The newest editions offer a bonus–public restrooms are now indicated the maps!

-There are public restrooms (not the cleanest during our visit) available inside the Maison de l’Europe–the building that provides entrance to Le Jardin Francs-Bourgeois-Rosiers, mentioned as a place to enjoy your falafel from L’as du Fallafel in the Marais.
